1. Two-stage new polymer polyurethane belt cleaners are installed at the head roller of each belt conveyor.
 
The first-stage cleaner is positive pressure type and the second-stage cleaner is straight type.
 
2. In order to prevent the roller from sticking to the material, a non-working surface cleaner, namely, a V plough Return Belt Cleaner, is installed at the tail roller of each belt conveyor and in front of the tensioning device redirection roller.

3.Technical features of the head cleaner:
 
The scraper material is made of polyurethane composite material. The scraper has low friction, high wear resistance, high strength, high elasticity and stable good scraping effect.
The head cleaner is equipped with a pre-pressure regulator to maintain a stable contact pressure between the scraper and the belt, and has the performance of only replacing the scraper blade, and the blade replacement is easy and fast. The scraper does not damage the belt and achieves a good effect of clean scraping.
The scraper will never damage the belt.
