Product Feature

Long-distance overland conveyors are purpose-built belt systems that combine kilometre-scale routing with horizontal, convex and concave curves in a single three-dimensional profile.
By lifting the inner belt edge, tilting the idler sets and fitting deep-groove troughed frames, the belt generates outward centrifugal thrust that balances the inward tension created by the curve, keeping the belt stable and centred throughout the turn. This curved flight path skirts obstacles and difficult terrain, cutting or even eliminating intermediate transfer points, so the entire layout is simplified and capital cost is markedly reduced.
